OakPaystubs provides an online tool to generate pay stub documents based on the information you supply. We provide automated tax estimates for convenience; we do not provide payroll, accounting, legal, or tax advice.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for ensuring that the documents you generate comply with applicable laws. You must not use the service to create false, fraudulent, or misleading documents.
4. Accuracy of Calculations
Tax and deduction calculations are estimates based on available tax tables and the data you provide. OakPaystubs does not guarantee that calculations meet the requirements of any specific jurisdiction. Verify all figures before relying on a generated document.
5. Payments and Refunds
Fees are charged per the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Because documents are generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OakPaystubs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any generated document.
